Private Yoga Tuition

 



Classes are structured and taught in a rhythmical manner focusing on stretching, strengthening, balancing, and deep breathing. Yoga classes are adjusted to the physical abilities of the individual. You will begin with pranayama (deep breathing) leading into a salutation. After salutation is stretching followed by meditation. You will feel refreshed, relaxed and simultaneously energized.

At San Babila Sport Club your private yoga tuitions will be held in a quiet, temperature and humidity controlled room. After your initial consultation and tryout lesson you may choose from 10 or 25 lesson private packages. Included is a 30 page manual detailing Dynamic Progressive Fusion Yoga origins and methods.
