Lesson Packages

1 Lesson Tryout
This is a trial test for suitability of style and teacher. You may have never done yoga before and would like to experience it. Or you might already be experienced in yoga but would like to sample the DPF style. This  includes a DPF Yoga Intro Manual.

 

5 Lesson Starter (5 Weeks / 1 Hour or 1.5 Hours)
The 5 lesson starter is for those wishing to explore further without a big commitment. You may have done the tryout lesson and now wish to see what once a week feels like. Or perhaps time only permits a once a week schedule. This includes DPF Yoga Intro Manual.

     

10 lesson Intro Practice (5 Weeks / 1 Hour)
Beginners doing 10 lessons with me, twice a week over 5 weeks, will acquire a foundation on the basics. At the end of 5 weeks you will be exposed to the fundamentals of yoga breath control, salutation, and postures. Perhaps you are already experienced with me or other styles of yoga and whish to do a maintenance program. This includes DPF Yoga Intro Manual and Mat.

 

15 Lesson Intro Intensive Practice (5 Weeks / 1 Hour or 1.5 Hours)
This is a more intense version of the 10 Lesson Intro.Thrice a week over 5 weeks, will hone a stronger foundation of the basics. At the end of 5 weeks you will be heavily exposed to the fundamentals of yoga breath control, salutation, and postures. The results are faster then the 10 lesson intro. Experienced students who are looking to achieve a higher level with their current practice will benefit from this. This includes DPF Yoga Intro Manual and Mat.


25 and 30 lesson Quarterly Buy Outs

These are available to students booking 3 or more lessons per week.
